I have been developing for many years, alone and with the team, if there is something I have learned during this time, is that it doesn't matter how good you are at coding, if you can't be a team member, you will make other's job DIFFICULT, why? because many developers lack the skills of how to write something that is maintainable by others, So I believe in teaching, I don't teach only coding, but how to code within a team, and same time see the impact of the information I spread.
