Yoga Professional – Expert in Biomechanics and Body Awareness I am a yoga professional with over 10 years of experience teaching around the world. My expertise lies in biomechanics and body awareness, helping individuals recover from injuries and manage chronic pain through yoga. My studies have primarily been in India, where I’ve trained under world-renowned spiritual teachers in places such as Pune, Rishikesh, and Kerala. Throughout my career, I have offered yoga teacher trainings in countries like Mexico and Costa Rica, sharing my holistic approach to the body and mind. My true passion is guiding others to find consciousness through the body, breath, and meditation. Always eager to expand my knowledge, I travel the world to learn new healing techniques that use the body as a tool for transformation.

I am a certified yoga teacher and dedicated calisthenics practitioner offering a unique approach that integrates physical movement with spiritual growth. My teaching is grounded not only in years of experience with yoga and fitness but also in a deep understanding of nutrition and mindfulness, cultivated through several silent meditation retreats. This holistic perspective allows me to guide you toward a balanced and fulfilling journey that nurtures both body and soul. I believe that movement is a powerful tool for transformation—not only on a physical level but also as a way to connect more deeply with yourself. True wellness comes from harmonizing body, mind, and spirit. Whether you are seeking to improve your flexibility, gain strength, or embark on a path of self-discovery, my approach will help you cultivate mindfulness and awareness in every aspect of your life. Together, we will co-create a personalized practice that aligns with your unique goals, blending yoga, calisthenics, and nutrition to foster growth in a way that feels natural and sustainable. This is more than just a workout—it's a journey to awaken your inner potential and achieve balance, peace, and fulfillment on a deeper level. Whether you are new to movement or seeking to deepen your practice, I am here to support you on this transformative journey, helping you thrive both physically and spiritually.
