Certified 200h Yoga Teacher (Ashtanga & Vinyasa – Bali), I offer private and small group sessions in Geneva for all levels.
I currently teach at SOL Studio and SOMA House, delivering Vinyasa, Hot Power Yoga and mobility-focused classes.
My teaching style is structured, dynamic and adaptable. I focus on alignment, intelligent strength building, mobility, breathwork (pranayama) and stress regulation.
My training includes immersive experience in Rishikesh (Himalayan Ashram) and advanced Vinyasa & Rocket Yoga studies in India. I integrate breath control and meditation techniques into my sessions to support both physical and mental balance.
With previous professional experience in international corporate environments, I understand the demands of executive and office life and offer tailored sessions for private clients and companies.
