She will tailor exercise programmes to your needs. I have attended her Pilates and yoga sessions.

Suzanne also does retreats on land and sea! I have been fortunate enough to go on four of her 'at sea' retreats, sailing from island to island in Greece and also Sicily.

Suzanne’s classes have been part of my routine for a long number of years. I am now in my 80s still enjoy an active life with the help of her classes which are a pleasure and an inspiration. She works really hard to make them varied and interesting with friendly humour too!

I had the pleasure of meeting Suzanne in 2017 while we were in India completing our yoga teacher certification. At the time, I had no idea how profoundly she would enrich my life—and the lives of so many of my friends.

Since then, Suzanne has organized and led us on unforgettable international yoga retreats in some of the world's most beautiful destinations. From snorkeling in Akumal, Mexico, and hiking in the French Pyrenees, to sailing through the Greek and Aeolian Islands and zip-lining in Costa Rica, every adventure has been made even more meaningful by Suzanne's encouragement, wisdom, and infectious enthusiasm. She is both an inspiration and our biggest cheerleader.

Suzanne's retreats offer so much more than yoga. They are thoughtfully designed experiences that blend movement with a variety of wellness practices, including art therapy, nutrition education, nourishing meals, opportunities to immerse ourselves in local culture, and so much more.

I had two amazing holidays with the wonderful and charismatic Suzanne at the helm. The first time sailing with a bunch of wonderful ladies off the coast of Sicily visiting islands including Stromboli with its active volcano. The second holiday was just as much fun but in couples visiting several Greek islands. Yoga, paddle boarding, snorkelling , swimming and at the end of the day dancing! Would highly recommend this adventurous and fun lady’s trips.

Hi all I would like to let you know that I had a fabulous time with Suzanne . I have been on several of her retreats, and each one was full of laughter and joy. She fed us fabulous meals with a local foods. Took us on excursions in the area to places I would’ve never found. I’ve done several room-2-be trips with Suzanne. Her trips are well planned and she is on top of everything. I especially enjoy the healthy meals she prepares, the art classes and the grassroots and intimate experiences she sets up. She’s confident, fun, personable, organized and just a good human to be around.

I went on a yoga holiday on a yacht in Sicily, organised by Suzanne. The whole holiday was beautifully planned by Suzanne. She made every person on that trip feel special , encouraging us to try new activities, but allowing us the freedom to choose and remain in our comfort zone!

I met Suzanne on a trip to Greece in 2023 and had such a fantastic time. We sailed on a boat for six days and she prepared the food daily and set us up for a really fantastic adventure.

I’m going on another trip to Sardinia, Italy coming up in September and I’m really looking forward to it. I can’t recommend Suzanne enough. She provides lots of fun, laughter and great times.

Suzanne est géniale ! Je prends des cours avec elle depuis 2020. C'est très pratique de pouvoir suivre les cours en ligne sur Zoom, car j'habite un peu loin. Il m'arrive aussi d'assister à un cours en présentiel.
Chaque session de yoga est bien pensé et creative. J’aime beaucoup qu’elle a un thème différent chaque semaine.
