À propos de Dominik
I’m a mathematical physicist with a PhD and several years of experience in both university research and teaching positions in the UK. I have designed and led courses for large groups of students and taught learners from high school level through to postgraduate study. I also have extensive private tutoring experience and enjoy making difficult ideas clear, intuitive and manageable. I adapt my approach to each student’s background, goals and way of thinking.

I focus on building genuine understanding rather than memorising procedures. I adapt my explanations to each student’s level and way of thinking, using clear examples and different approaches when needed.
A typical lesson combines explanation, guided problem-solving, and independent practice, with time to identify and address any gaps in understanding.
I teach mathematics and physics from school level up to university and postgraduate level, including exam preparation and more advanced theoretical topics.
The language of instruction is English. I offer both in-person (around Zurich) and online lessons.
