À propos de Palomares
Hi! I'm Patricia, a native Spanish speaker from Spain, currently living and working in Brussels.
I have previous experience teaching Spanish and English in Spain, working with students with different levels and learning goals. This experience helped me understand that every student learns differently and, above all, that feeling comfortable and confident is essential when learning a language.
I am a friendly, patient and outgoing person, and I always try to create a relaxed atmosphere where students feel comfortable speaking, asking questions and making mistakes. My aim is not only to help you improve your Spanish, but also to make you enjoy speaking it and gain confidence along the way.
Whether you want to improve your Spanish for travelling, work, studies or simply because you love the language and culture, I will adapt the lessons to your goals and interests.
Having recently moved to Brussels myself, I also really enjoy meeting people from different countries and sharing languages and cultures!

My classes are focused on making Spanish practical, enjoyable and easy to use in real-life situations. I believe the best way to become confident in a language is to speak it, so conversation is at the heart of my lessons.
Each class is adapted to the student's level, interests and goals. We can talk about everyday life, travel, culture, current affairs, work or any topic you are interested in. During the conversation, I will help you improve your vocabulary, pronunciation and fluency, while correcting mistakes and explaining more natural ways of expressing yourself in Spanish.
I have previous experience teaching both Spanish and English in Spain, which has taught me how important it is to create a relaxed environment where students feel comfortable speaking and making mistakes.
My classes are especially suitable for intermediate and advanced students (B1-C1) who already understand Spanish but want to speak more naturally and confidently.

I really like Patricia’s classes! In our last lesson we looked at a short article and discussed it in Spanish, which helped me learn new vocabulary and practise giving my opinion. The classes are always relaxed and go by really quickly!
