ENGLISH: I am Monica Frischknecht, a complementary therapist with a Swiss federal diploma in breathing therapy, working with VITAE in Zurich and Lugano. I love helping people understand their own breathing, because small changes can make a big difference in daily life, in sleep and in sport. I work calmly, step by step, and always start from you, not from a fixed exercise.

ENGLISH: How you breathe can affect how you feel, how well you recover and how much you can handle. In this online coaching we first look at how you breathe, explain it in plain words, and then train your breathing with simple exercises you can use every day. Good for you if you get out of breath easily, struggle to switch off after stress, sleep badly or wake up tired, recover slowly after illness or sport, or want to breathe better for sport. Each session: 60 minutes by video, a talk about your goals, observing your breathing, exercises and a personal plan for home.
ESPAÑOL: La forma en que respira puede influir en cómo se siente, en cómo se recupera y en su energía diaria. En este coaching en línea observamos cómo respira, se lo explicamos de forma clara y entrenamos su respiración con ejercicios sencillos para el día a día. Ideal si se queda sin aliento con facilidad, le cuesta desconectarse después del estrés, duerme mal, se recupera despacio después de una enfermedad o del deporte, o quiere respirar mejor para el deporte. Sesiones de 60 minutos por videollamada.
ITALIANO: Coaching della respirazione online: osserviamo come respira, Le spieghiamo tutto in modo chiaro e alleniamo la respirazione con esercizi semplici per la vita quotidiana. Adatto se fa fatica a staccare dopo lo stress, dorme male, recupera lentamente dopo una malattia o lo sport, o vuole respirare meglio per lo sport. Sessioni di 60 minuti in video.
