À propos de Shivshankar
Hello! I am an HR professional based in Paris, holding a Master's degree in Human Resources from SKEMA Business School. My background includes extensive corporate experience, most notably working at the CMA CGM headquarters, where I developed a deep understanding of global business communication.
Having interviewed countless candidates throughout my career, I understand the specific hesitations French professionals often face when expressing themselves in English during high-stakes moments. I know exactly what recruiters are listening for and how to help you structure your thoughts clearly. I am passionate about helping you overcome these language barriers whether you are aiming to refine your Business English, build your conversational confidence, or master interview techniques to land your next role. My goal is to share practical, insider insights to help you communicate with ease and succeed.

Got an English job interview in two days? I am your go-to person!
This course is strictly dedicated to one goal: helping you master your upcoming job interview in English. We will skip the traditional textbook grammar and focus entirely on high-impact, real-world interview preparation.
As an HR professional who has recruited for major global companies, I know exactly what hiring managers are listening for. My approach is intensive, highly practical, and tailored to your specific timeline.
What we cover in a typical session:
Targeted Mock Interviews: We will simulate real corporate interview scenarios tailored to your target role and industry.
The Perfect Pitch: We will refine your introduction so you can present your professional background clearly and compellingly.
Tackling Tough Questions: Learn how to structure your thoughts to confidently answer behavioral, situational, and classic HR questions.
Overcoming Hesitation: Dedicated coaching to help you break through the language barrier, stop translating in your head, and project total confidence in high-stakes moments.
Whether you have a month to prepare or just 48 hours before the big day, these lessons are designed to equip you with the insider tools and conversational fluency you need to secure the job.
