À propos d'Edoardo
Hi, I'm Edoardo, a PhD researcher in Condensed Matter Physics at the Polytechnic University of Turin. My passion is helping middle and high school students discover that math and physics aren't as hard as they seem.
TEACHING METHOD
I believe true understanding comes from DOING, not memorizing. That's why my approach is built on three pillars:
- **1. Solid foundations:** We start from the basics to fill any gaps, because every complex concept rests on simple fundamentals.
- **2. Active problem-solving:** I guide you through solving exercises by reasoning out loud, not just by showing the solution.
- **3. Personalized method:** Together, we build study strategies tailored to you, to make you independent and confident.
A TYPICAL LESSON
Each lesson is structured yet flexible:
1. **Initial check-in (5-10 min):** We review any doubts that came up during your independent study and homework.
2. **Focused theory review (15-20 min):** I clarify key concepts with concrete examples and intuitive connections.
3. **Guided exercises (20-25 min):** We solve problems together, learning strategies to tackle them.
4. **Final challenge (5-10 min):** I'll give you an exercise to try on your own to check your understanding.
5. **Planning (5 min):** We set clear goals for the next session.
WHAT MAKES ME DIFFERENT
I'm not just here to teach you formulas. As a researcher, I live the scientific method every day: I know what it means to face complex problems, make mistakes, try again, and finally understand. I bring this experience to my lessons, teaching you not *what* to think, but *how* to think. My goal is to make you independent, curious, and capable of facing any STEM challenge with confidence.
Who the lessons are for
- University and high school students
- Subjects: Mathematics (Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry), Calculus I/II, General Physics
- Preparation for tests, make-up exams, university entrance exams for scientific programs, and university exams
Lessons are one-on-one and personalized to your needs. Whether you need to fill gaps, prepare for an exam, or simply develop a more effective study method, I'm here to help.

Hi, I'm Edoardo — a PhD researcher in Condensed Matter Physics at the Polytechnic University of Turin, one of Italy's most prestigious technical universities.
My academic journey is driven by a deep curiosity about how things work, from the fundamental laws of physics to the beauty of mathematical reasoning. Throughout my studies and research, I've developed not only strong technical skills but also a patient and clear approach to explaining complex concepts.
WHY STUDY WITH ME
- Solid credentials: My research in physics keeps me constantly engaged with advanced problem-solving and scientific thinking — skills I bring to every lesson.
- Proven experience: I've helped numerous high school and first-year university students regain confidence in math and physics, fill gaps in their knowledge, and pass exams successfully.
- Clear communication: I understand that STEM subjects can be intimidating. My strength lies in breaking down difficult ideas into simple, intuitive steps — without judgment, only support.
- Professional and reliable: Punctuality, preparation, and genuine attention to the student's progress are at the core of how I work.
